Student Council

Student Council

The purpose of the Student Council is to offer the students of St. Luke the opportunity to participate in the democratic process and to encourage the growth of leadership skills.

Our student council is composed of:
  • Officers in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th, elected by the student body (officers must maintain their G.P.A.)
  • Representatives from the classrooms in 3rd - 8th grades, elected by their classmates.
Meetings are held and faculty members serve as moderators of the council.

Activities sponsored by the Student Council support our Christian responsibility to others and include service projects that involve community awareness, "fun events" that promote school spirit, and mini fund-raisers that support a chosen mission project.
