Third trimester in 3^rd grade means ABC letter grades.  Below is the grading scale.
A – 93-100%
B – 85-92%
C – 77-84%
D – 69-76%

What to expect this week:
Reading/Language Arts

• Continue planning and writing rough drafts of paragraphs for written research paper
• Write final draft of personal narrative
• The book club book is Frindle by Andrew Clements. For Friday, the students are to read chapters 11-13, complete 3 post-it notes per chapter, and answer the questions.

Math

• Collect and record data through observation and surveys
• Draw a scaled picture graph
• Draw a scaled bar graph
• Relate bar graphs to scaled picture graphs

Science

• Natural resources
• Ways to conserve resources

Social Studies
Planning a road trip across the United States project
